Spread the word – RCC beginner courses starting soon

Dear Club Members,

Each year the Club puts on beginner courses to introduce more people to our great sport.

Would you help us spread the word?

Nothing is more powerful than promotion from our members themselves, sharing how much they love the sport, being part of the club and its fun activities.

We have a page on our website promoting this season’s beginners’ sessions, and we also have a publicly shareable Facebook post. Here are the links:

Please could you share this with your own families, friends, social networks, work colleagues, fellow parents at your kids’ schools and anyone else you think would be interested.

To make it quick and easy for you, we’ve drafted a few potential sharing messages. Obviously your own version is even better. Just add the links.

With fuller details (good for a Facebook post or a work email):
I’ve been paddling with the Reading Canoe Club for a few years now and enjoy both the sport and the club community. We do on and off the water training from once up to 12 times a week depending on your level. There are many social events too – from our weekly-paddle and cake on Fridays all the way to the annual awards dinner.
If you have been thinking about finding a new sport, keeping fit or meeting a new group of people, then I highly recommend trying Reading Canoe Club.
